As our company grows and demand for our products scales exponentially, so does the complexity of managing the simultaneous onboarding of enterprise clients. We’re now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join us and oversee multiple onboarding streams, ensuring all enterprise clients receive the level of service we’re known for.

You’ll be our internal project management expert: creating structure and keeping internal teams and external stakeholders aligned so projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. You’ll be working with some of our largest clients, so you’ll need confidence, gravitas and the ability to build strong relationships at every level.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Project Manager at Street Group

• Leading enterprise client implementations from the beginning of the sales cycle, through to delivery.
• Sitting in on sales meetings and supporting with scoping/planning.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, ensuring key stakeholders are in the right meetings at the right time
• Running regular status updates, tracking risks, logging decisions and keeping communication flowing across teams.
• Ensuring the implementation of required functionality in line with client requirements.
• Managing a pipeline of 4–5 client projects at various stages of delivery.
• Partnering closely with Sales, Product, Onboarding, Finance and the wider business to make sure projects stay aligned.
• Sharing knowledge and bringing best practices into the team to elevate how we deliver at scale.

A bit about you

• You’ve led large-scale, enterprise-level projects for 4–5 years and know how to run multiple workstreams at once without breaking a sweat.
• You’re super organised, with the ability to create project plans, track progress, flag risks early and keep timelines on track.
• You’ve got the gravitas to influence senior stakeholders and the confidence to push back when needed.
• You’ve worked as a Project Manager in tech or SaaS.
• You hold a formal PM qualification and can balance old-school project rigour with a modern, client-first approach.
• You thrive when you’re adding value quickly and are excited to grow your domain knowledge to eventually fly solo.

Salary

As this is the first time we’ve hired a Project Manager, we’re open to hearing your salary expectations, and we’ll make a decision dependent on experience.
