To help us on our mission, we have a brand new role at Street Group; we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Product Trainer. Joining our dynamic and ambitious Street Onboarding team, you will be a dedicated product specialist for our customers as they begin their journey with Street. 

Conducting dedicated in-person sessions at the pre-go-live stage as well as follow up sessions. You will have the autonomy of planning your diary and workshops whilst making sure you are constantly going above and beyond for our customers in helping them find their way around the system.

Building on the success of our flagship product Spectre, a game-changer for estate agency marketing, we’ve continued to focus on building incredible technology to revolutionise the property industry.

Our Onboarding team...

Our Onboarding team is pivotal to the smooth integration of our new customers as they begin their journey using Street.co.uk.

On a day-to-day basis you’ll be connecting with Estate Agencies across the country, conducting workshops of Street.co.uk our multi-award-winning CRM to our customers demonstrating how they can get the most out of the system.

Ideally you'll be from a lettings accounting background, with a proactive and self motivated attitude along with a real desire to succeed.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Product Trainer at Street Group:

• Become a product expert on Street.co.uk across the different areas including sales, lettings management and lettings accounting.
• Conducting face-to-face demos of Street.co.uk to new clients that are based in estate agencies up and down the UK
• Nurturing excellent client relationships, conducting follow up calls as required.
• Forecast, plan and coordinate your client visits based on when the client is due to go-live.
• Be an expert/brand ambassador for our product to ensure a solution led approach to sales
• Display a professional and passionate personality while representing Street Group
• Working collaboratively with our marketing and technology departments to evolve your sessions to make them informative and engaging.
• Using your industry knowledge to identify, scope out and prioritise any issues or feature requests communicated by clients
• Help shape the future of Street Group’s mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills

Who we're looking for

• Background in Lettings Accounting and/or property management who wants to transition into a tech environment that strives to improve the property industry.
• Strong interest in technology and the enthusiasm to quickly learn new products and features
• Confident, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing personality that is comfortable in a presenting environment.
• Organised and detail-oriented person who can create engaging presentations to deliver the relevant training topics to new clients.
• You’ll have strong stakeholder management skills
• You’ll be a self starter who can take initiative when needed
• You’re curious and conscientious, you’ll make it your business to know everything about our product, and have the communication skills to share that knowledge in a way that inspires
• Route/Journey Planning experience
• Full UK Driving License is required as you will be travelling to client sites across the country. Overnight stays will be an expectation of this role.

Salary

£35 - £40k dependent on experience. However, sometimes the perfect person is far more or less experienced than we anticipated. In these situations planned ranges go out the window. If you think that might be the case, please apply and just let us know.
